Area Coordinators As we grow Pet Net will be selecting experienced Pet Net pet sitters to assist the owners and the other care providers within their geographic area. The area coordinator will also be a pet sitter who can perform morning, midday, and evening pet sitting assignments.
Duties: Area Coordinator (AC) assists Pet Net with support for clients in assigned geographical area. The Charlotte areas are Ballantyne/Weddington, Matthews/Mint Hill, Central Charlotte, Steele Creek, and Lake Norman/Mooresville. Other area coordinator positions (University Area/Concord and Monroe) will be created as necessary.
Area Coordinators: - Maintain backup keys for all clients in area - Assist new sitters with initial registration interviews for new clients - Conduct 'first-look' interviews of potential pet sitters - Have first responder responsibilities for backup short notice pet sitting needs in the area - Have 'first right of refusal’ to conduct back-up pet sits - Keep Pet Net marketing material supplied in local referral establishments (veterinarians, groomers, selected apartment leasing offices, etc.) - Keep Pet Net Office informed of incidents or concerns - Solve problems (except concerning critical client issues) with pet sitters such as key and lock problems, sick pets and aggressive animals
Compensation: The Area Coordinator's compensation will be a combination of pet sitting income and payment for services performed with area pet sitters.
