Scheduling Coordinator/Prospect Manager

Scheduling Coordinator:   Answers client telephone calls or Internet request for future services.  Schedules primary pet sitter or finds an alternate Pet Net sitter.  Enters the service requests into the scheduling software and emails client and pet sitter. Keeps owners informed on a daily basis via an emailed update report or telephone call with immediate concerns. 

Prospect Manager:  Responsible for prospect management and follow up.  Takes initial telephone request service or processes Internet request for information.  Uses company script to discuss services and fees. Records pertinent client data.   Identifies & notifies primary pet sitter.  Ensures communication between pet sitter and client in a timely manner.  Follows-up to ensure pet sitter schedules client interview and that the pet sitter enters the post-interview data into the software.  Keeps owners informed on a daily basis via an emailed update report or telephone call with immediate concerns..

As part of the scheduling process for existing clients, applicant will be responsible for various client retention activities.  Identifies and executes activities to stay in relationship with established clients.   Follows up with clients to ensure their experience was up to Pet Net standards.  Sends email to new clients after their interview to welcome them to the Pet Net family.  Sends "Free Visit for Referral" postcard to new clients after first visit.  Emails clients occasionally with useful or educational information.  (Pet events, pet wellness tips, Pet Net specials, etc.)

Personal qualifications:

     Great (client-friendly) telephone and customer service skills 
     Detail oriented
     Works without close supervision
     Good with client & prospect follow-up (persistence) 
     Ability to multi-task
     Comfortable working from a script
     Uses creativity and initiative
     Inside sales experience (desired but not essential)
     Generally able to do short notice back up pet sitting for client emergencies

Position requirements:

     Works from home
     High speed internet access
     Solid computer skills 
 
Schedule

     20 hours per week:  9 am – 1 pm, Monday – Friday
      Works one Saturday per month (2 hours each day)
      Assists with occasional pet-related area booth events
